Senior Account Manager - Auckland

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Auckland team. You’ll play a key role in leading a portfolio of accounts with the goal of developing, managing and optimising the business’s customer relationships. You’ll spend the majority of your time visiting existing and new clients, to drive product adoption within your portfolio.

What You’Ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships across your client portfolio
• Act as a strategic advisor, helping customers unlock the full value of our platform
• Identify new business opportunities and effectively pitch our digital marketing solutions
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Contribute to the development of innovative sales and marketing initiatives

What You’Ll Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in senior/strategic account management.
• Success managing complex, high-value portfolios (ideally media, tech, SaaS, or digital).
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
• Confidence influencing and presenting at executive level.
• Salesforce or similar CRM know-how.
