What We'Re Looking For:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Quality Department at CCL Label Robbinsville. The QA Manager will develop and implement initiatives to support continuous improvement to reduce cost and improve quality.  

Qualifications

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Measures, tracks, and communicates key performance indicators related to quality.  
• Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
• Responsible for cGMP compliance, internal procedures and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates and conducts quality related training and kaizens. 
• Maintains and updates QMS as needed, and coordinates management review meetings.  
• Serves as a point of contact for customer audits and reports results to the management team.  
• Supports the sales department by completing customer surveys and providing relevant company information. 
• Provides 24/5 support to production operations.  
• Ensures accurate recordkeeping of QA data, COCs, and change orders.
• Manage and lead a team of quality assurance and control professionals to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency.
• Performs other duties as assigned. 

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
• Previous Supervisory Experience, preferably in the packaging or printing industry
• 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably printing or packaging
• Must possess strong computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
• Strong business acumen, Excellent communication, friendly rapport and ability to work well in a team environment are critical for success in this role

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for long periods of time
• Must regularly stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must have the ability to match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus

Working Environment:

• Office environment with potential exposures to Ink vapors in a production environment
• Noise level ranges from quiet to loud
• Flexible and adaptable to travel to suppliers/customers when required

Schedule:

This job is in-person in from Monday to Friday in our office in Robbinsville, NJ.

Pay Rate: 95,000-100,000 per year
