Graduate Consultant (Tailings)

We are looking for a motivated graduate-level Civil or Geotechnical Engineer to join our dynamic Tailings team in Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity to kick start your consulting career with SRK Consulting where you will work on exciting and challenging projects. You will have the chance to provide design input, contribute to developing internal best practice standards and participate in problem-solving. In this hands-on role, you will work alongside and receive support by Senior Consultants to deliver high quality technical work for various clients.

Applications from current Graduate Engineers (Civil or Geotechnical) who have existing Tailings experience, or are interested in developing their Tailings experience, will be looked upon favourably.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A recent (within the last 3 years) bachelors degree (or higher) in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, or are expecting to graduate in 2025.
• An interest in Tailings, or Mine Waste Management.
• Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or a current Visa with working rights – essential.
• To be based in Brisbane for the commencement of this role. Relocation is not available for this opportunity.
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and language fluency in English.
