We are seeking a talented Java Software Development Senior Specialist  to join our dynamic team in of BE Regulatory Team, IT Cross-Platforms Department, reporting directly to Team Lead.

What You’Ll Do:

• You will have the opportunity to be involved in international project for project management and technical analysis activities for all the brands managed by Sisal assets.
• You will build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java (>=11), Spring Framework/Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
• You will design, develop, and optimize microservices, ensuring seamless integration and communication between components.
• You will deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes clusters, ensuring reliability and efficient resource utilization.
• You will implement and utilize monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and Elasticsearch to track application performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• You will ensure that applications adhere to best practices for secure coding and maintain compliance with industry standards.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• You will stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Java, microservices, Kubernetes, and related technologies to continuously improve processes and systems.

What You'Ll Bring:

• At least 3 years of experience in Java/Spring;
• Excellent capabilities on Kubernetes and microservices architecture and monitoring tools ( ie Splunk, Graphana, ElasticSearch )
• A degree in Computer Science or Tech subjects or equivalent job experience;
• Excellent knowledge of Java >= 11; Spring framework/Spring boot/Hibernate/JPA;
• Knowledge of basic concepts of networking;
• Good understanding of cloud computing and Kubernetes orchestrator clusters usage;
• Expertise in secure code development;
• Ability to work in a dynamic team and availability for quick transfers;
• Proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written.

Preferably, You Also Have:

• Knowledge of OCI, Azure, SAP LeanIX and Confluence platforms.
