Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for: 

Junior Analyst in USA Wet Stock Management department 

Wet Stock Management department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga is a part of Global Fuel Logistics organization and is responsible for fuel stock monitoring at Circle K owned stations in Europe and North America. The goal of the department is to reduce fuel losses and support stakeholders with fuel variance insight. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor fuel inventory levels and conduct regular analysis of wet stock data on a daily basis. 
• Continuously analyze stock movement trends to identify potential fuel loss. 
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in fuel consumption and inventory records. 
• Ensure adequate follow-up and resolution for identified issues and deviances. 
• Collaborate with operations teams, by ensuring to optimize fuel variance results. 
• Report to Circle K stakeholder operations teams about faults and issues in fuel related HSE and forecourt equipment segments. 

Main Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Logistics, or a last year student within this area. 

• Good Communication Skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office products. 
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe and America. 
• Proactive, detail oriented and improvement driven personality. 
• Self-motivated, positive, good team player.

Junior Analyst position is intended to prepare employee for Analyst level position. We expect Junior Analyst to be fully trained within 1 year.
