PwC Finland is opening an extraordinary trainee opportunity within the field of Corporate Finance to join the leading Finnish and global Corporate Finance practice. We are looking for top talent to be present and cover the market with the growing local team in Tampere while getting exposure to fast-paced environment of international M&A deals. The planned duration of the trainee period is 4-6 months, scheduled for the first half of the year 2026 with some flexibility depending on the situation.

The PwC Finland’s Corporate Finance (CF) advisory team focuses on divestitures, acquisitions, valuations and financial analysis. We are leading midmarket M&A advisor in Finland and globally.
Our team operates across all major industrial sectors and has the ability to draw upon the PwC’s CF global network of more than 2900 M&A professionals and 1,700 valuation professionals across 60 countries to provide a breadth and depth unmatched by any other middle market firm.

What we expect from you:
- Proactive attitude with a passion to drive change and deliver results
- Ability to work in teams and understand teamwork dynamics and contribute to a positive working environment
- Master’s level student with a strong academic track record
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Educational background and interest in M&A and finance
- Understanding of the key elements of financial modelling and excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Finnish
- A strong networking mindset with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- A sales-oriented approach, eager to identify opportunities and contribute to business development efforts
