Job Description:
Summary
The Facilities Planning & Management department at Iowa State University is seeking candidates for a Construction Project Manager II to provide project and construction management services for small capital renewal and building repair projects for campus facilities.

Example of Duties
• Plans and coordinates design and construction of small construction and repair projects using contractors, Facilities staff and others.
• Acts as primary liaison with campus customers to ensure projects meet needs.
• Prioritizes activities and resources to execute projects on schedule.
• Oversees project budgets.
• Participates in developing spending and budget reports.
• Works with designers to evaluate products and design standards for building repair type projects.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an on-going basis without sponsorship
