Description
IRP Systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain solutions that are set to transform the electric vehicle market. We are looking for a skilled and motivated NPI Engineer to join our team in Spain. In this role, you will play a key part in driving innovative products from concept to mass production, working closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.

NoneYou’Ll Be Responsible For The Following
- Ensure that all product and process documentation is complete and released according to internal standards
- Improve documentation management practices to ensure traceability, accessibility, and compliance with quality standards
- Lead change management processes (ECR/ECO), working closely with R&D, Manufacturing (including EMS’s), Quality, and Supply Chain
- Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from concept and early prototypes to full-scale production
- Define and validate manufacturing processes, work instructions, and assembly/test procedures for new products
- Coordinate pilot builds, ensuring issues are tracked, root causes identified, and corrective actions implemented
- Participate in design reviews, providing DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturability / Assembly) feedback to engineering teams
- Support the development and qualification of production tooling, fixtures, and test equipment
Skills And Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience in NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, or Product Industrialization, ideally in the automotive or electronics sector
- Strong understanding of tooling, assembly, manufacturing, and testing processes
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and working with CAD and engineering documentation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global, multicultural team
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
