Order Management Specialist (B&R)

ArcelorMittal Business Centre of Excellence is looking for candidates for a position of

 

Order Management Specialist

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Entering and modifying sales orders in the SAP system
• Technical reconciliation of inquiries and orders received
• Establish scheduled production and delivery dates for orders/requests received
• Managing domestic and export sales (rail, sea, deposit-based sales)
• Cooperation with production planning, logistics, and warehouse departments to ensure on-time deliveries
• Handling complaints and supporting technical product development in collaboration with the quality department
• Agreeing delivery dates and quantities with clients; cooperation with the logistics department
• Creating and updating customer data, delivery addresses, and pricing lists
• Preparing and forwarding commercial documents: invoices, certificates, declarations, pro forma invoices
• Ensuring documentation compliance with SOX, QMS, and internal control (NND) requirements

 

Our requirements

• Proficiency in SAP system
• Proficiency in English and one additional language will be plus  (e.g., German, Italian, French, Spanish, Polish, Czech, Dutch
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Experience in working with clients and sales documentation
• Knowledge of domestic and export sales processes
