Job Title: Residential Security Officer
Location: Queens, NY
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable Residential Security Officer to help maintain the safety and security of a residential facility in Queens. The officer will be responsible for monitoring the premises, assisting residents and visitors, and ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor entrances, exits, and property grounds

• Perform regular patrols to maintain safety and order

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and staff with professionalism

• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms

• Document observations and complete detailed incident reports

Requirements:

• Valid NYS Security Guard License

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to remain alert, calm, and effective under pressure

• Reliability and flexibility in scheduling
