Job Specific Summary-
This is an exciting new opportunity in the growing Heart Failure Business Unit as a Temporary Assignment to join a rich team of leaders where you will be able to expand your skills, demonstrate your team coordination skills and learn as part of an engaged leadership environment. In this role you will be able to further develop in productivity management, flow concepts, decision making and accountability .3er shift

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Leads production team work process, equipment testing, manufacturing, disassembly, and reassembly as assigned by supervisor.
• Prioritizes use of operators according to build schedule.
• Communicates process issues and provides status updates to team supervisor.
• Coaches operators/assemblers on production and problem solving skills, performing technical review and machinery setup/breakdown as needed.
• Ensures Medtronic company quality and safety standards are upheld.
• 3er Shift

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.

Nice To Have:

• 8 Years experience in Mfg Environment
• Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel)
• Team Player
• Problem Solving Skills
