Norwalk Bakery Part Time Production Assistant $16.50/Hour
Job Summary:
Production Assistants prepare, package and label product for display and sale according to standards, including the precise measurement of ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:
•Review production plan

•Reading and understanding recipes

•Execute production of product based on established guidelines

•Package and label product for display

•Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations

•Assist in other duties, as assigned

•Great work ethic

•Problem solver

•Self-motivator

•Flexible (Must work evenings, weekends and holidays)

•Responsible for production in Norwalk and Long Island Stores

•Honest


Education and Experience (include knowledge, skills and abilities):
•Bakery experience preferred

•Great customer service

•Good oral communication


Working Conditions:
•Position requires frequent walking, squatting, bending, pushing, pulling and lifting, with a maximum weight of 50lbs. Position may require repetitive use of hands.
