This role will lead the media studio strategy, build and develop a high-performing studio team, and create quality content from across the organisation.

The Executive Producer and Media Studio Manager will bring their unique creativity and expertise to help guide and shape existing and new content that raises the profile of the Foundation. You will lead the development, commissioning, and delivery of creative video and audio content that supports educators around the world, tells compelling stories, and drives impact. Working with the Chief Marketing Officer, you will set the creative and editorial vision for our multimedia output, ensuring all content aligns with our mission, values, and strategic goals.

You'll be a creative visionary with a deep understanding of video and podcast content. With your finger on the pulse of the industry, you'll leverage your network and expertise to stay ahead of trends. You'll be a storyteller bursting with ideas and passionate about creating innovative content that truly connects with educators globally. This role requires someone who can inspire a team and make confident, impactful creative decisions. You'll not only have a passion for this work but also a proven ability to lead and deliver.

The role will manage a team of four —  two videographers, a content producer, and a production coordinator — bringing them together as a new team and supporting their development. This is a highly collaborative role working with colleagues right across the Foundation.

We work hard to make sure that the Foundation is a place where everyone is supported to do the best work of their careers. We have a flexible and collaborative approach to all aspects of our work.
