The position: 

As an Associate Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and the ongoing account maintenance. You will work closely with various Fund Services teams across APAC.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Assist the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including documentation collection and verification in accordance with internal guidelines and procedures 
• Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer), and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements 
• Ensure effective and timely communication with various stakeholders, including the operation teams, relationship managers, compliance and clients 
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in the client management system 
• Assist ongoing client account review and maintenance 
• Engage in ongoing development to support overall client onboarding process including system enhancements 
• Stay knowledgeable of industry and regulatory standards 
• Ensure that quality assurance is integral to all deliverables 
• Escalate issues/potential issues to your supervisor 
• Participate in any ad hoc tasks/projects assigned by your supervisor

Your Profile: 

• Degree holder in business administration or related discipline 
• Preferable with at least 1 year of experience in client onboarding 
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate across multiple regions 
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote team members 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 
• Multi-tasking, attentive to details, time sensitive, pro-active with responsible attitude and reliable for any assigned work 
• Positive attitude and able to adapt in new challenges
