Responsible Sourcing & Risk Management Specialist

Job Summary

Own and effectively manage an assigned responsible sourcing and risk management process to achieve corporate responsible sourcing goals and support procurement category managers in their portfolio (supplier/material) risk assessment.

• Support Supplier Performance & Risk
• Collaborate with the Category Support pillar to monitor, review, assess, and report on supplier internal quality performance, aiming to identify and recommend the highest quality suppliers.
• Assist the Category Support pillar in rating suppliers and developing action plans, including continuous improvement and risk mitigation strategies.
• Support leadership in defining risk management and regulatory compliance strategies.
• Partner with Category Managers to establish a category strategy risk plan, addressing mitigations and dependencies.
