This role will continuously optimize Noble’s performance systems and liaise with offshore technical teams to ensure CMMS functionality aligns with operational goals. This role will be responsible for aligning and maintaining Noble’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to regulatory, class, and company standards. Key responsibilities include reviewing and complying with policies and procedures within the Asset Integrity group while maintaining agreeance with the maintenance governance documents.
Your Responsibilities
- Continuously improve and standardize Work Task Template content in line with Equipment Maintenance Strategy governance.
- Manage Noble’s Technical Bulletins and Alerts system for internal and external communication.
- Collaborate with Technical and Reliability groups to optimize equipment performance and ensure CMMS data accuracy.
- Adhere to Noble’s Management of Change (MOC) procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards and maintain data integrity.
- Respond to any issues received through the CMT ticketing system in a timely and helpful manner to the ticket creator with open communication for an agreeable resolve.
- Maintain and enhance CMMS master data accuracy for various maintenance routines, including EX equipment, hoses, fire/gas/H2S detection systems, stacked rigs, and performance standards.
- Develop and analyze maintenance performance KPIs.
- Provide technical support with tools to implement mass uploads and maintain master data.
- Ensure CMMS includes verification tasks are implemented for 3rd party equipment on Noble installations.
Our Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent relevant field experience.
- Full professional proficiency of written and oral English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other appropriate software.
- CMMS experience, IFS experience preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Condition-Based Maintenance – nice to have.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Shipyard projects, SPS/UWILD projects, or regulatory standards is an advantage – preferred.
- Exceptional written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
