Clinical Pharmacist, Lubbock

The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

  • This posting includes multiple openings of a Clinical Pharmacist position

  • Shifts Available are:

    • Per Diem / On Call: Variable

    • Full Time: Night

  • This is an onsite position, requiring daily attendance at the designated location.

  • Candidates must reside within commutable distance of the following office location:

    • Texas: Lubbock

  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

  • Positions specified as “on call/per diem” refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an “as needed basis” to fill in for staff vacancies

Required Qualifications:

  • PharmD -OR- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
  • Upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Acute care hospital pharmacy experience
  • 1 or more years of equivalent experience
  • Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
