Social Media Marketing Associate

This is a remote position.

• Develop and publish engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Design graphics and write captions aligned with the brand voice
• Monitor trends and adjust content strategy accordingly
• Manage and grow our presence on key social platforms
• Engage with followers and manage community interactions

• Create and manage monthly newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp or similar
• Write blog posts that support SEO and brand messaging
• Track performance and suggest improvements based on analytics

• Assist in creating content for Facebook ad campaigns
• Support basic ad setup and audience targeting (experience preferred, not required)
• Print Marketing Support
• Provide light support for mailing campaigns (e.g., preparing content/assets for flyers or postcards)
• Coordinate with internal teams or vendors as needed

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar design/video tools
• Solid understanding of social media trends, best practices, and performance metrics
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and blog CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
• ​A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
