What Your Day Might Look Like:

• Own Your Accounts: Ensure projects are executed flawlessly, providing top-notch value to clients while identifying growth opportunities.
• Account Growth: based on your excellent relationship with our clients, understand their needs, discuss new opportunities and contribute in the pre-sales cycle
• Collaborate Across Teams: Communicate with clients and internal teams to track project status and future needs.
• Design Delivery Roadmaps: Set success criteria and KPIs, mitigate risks, and ensure effective project delivery.
• Lead the Charge: Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and design sessions with a variety of experts.

Requirements

Your Superpowers 🚀:

• 5+ years in tech, with exposure in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering or Analytics.
• Proven track record (at least 2 years) as a project manager or product owner in agile environments delivering tech projects, preferably data related.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) coupled with proven delivery experience.
• Account Management : You are able to handle clients or internal projects, streamline project delivery, communicate risks and unearth new opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek.

You will stand out if you have:

• Data Science / Software Engineering or any experience where you have written quality code as part of a team.
• Project Management certifications (Agile or Waterfall)
• Extensive experience in Energy and/or Financial Sector.
