National Senior Marketing Executive

About the Role

Are you a dynamic marketing professional ready to make a national impact? Bayleys is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to support our National Commercial Marketing Manager in delivering high-impact marketing initiatives across our commercial and industrial divisions.

This is a pivotal role that blends strategy, creativity, and execution. You’ll be the go-to person for our commercial agents, administrators, and marketing support teams, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and collateral to win business and tell the Bayleys story with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of national marketing campaigns and collateral.
• Create bespoke pitching documentation and strategic marketing programs across 17 commercial business lines.
• Lead the rollout of new media templates, signage, and digital products.
• Collaborate with sales and leasing teams to deliver tailored marketing solutions.
• Manage digital campaigns, social media, Google Ads, and track ROI.
• Drive lead generation through website traffic conversion and content strategy.
• Facilitate workshops, events, across Bayleys Commercial and Industrial division
• Travel to key franchises to deliver marketing updates and training.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital tools and CRMs - preferred but not essential: Hubspot, Property Suite, Google Analytics, Social Media Platforms, digital media
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in proposal creation and pitching to clients/internal stakeholders.
• The ability to write and understand creative briefs as well working with creative & digital agency’s and partners
• Experienced in analysing reports and trends and to be able to report on multiple metrics such as ROI etc
• Knowledge of the commercial and industrial property market is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
