Responsibilities
Develop short-term targets and key actions in a dynamic environment.
Institute a regular meeting schedule, whether weekly or bi-weekly, to discuss crucial projects in the U.S. and Canadian market with relevant stakeholders.
Leverage project management tools to monitor the progress of key issues, ensuring timely updates for all team members.
Improve both internal and external communication by advocating for the use of collaboration tools within the company.
Introduce a centralized communication platform for employees to access essential updates, documents, and announcements.
Present clear guidelines on communication channels and response times to ensure efficient communication across teams.
Conduct routine surveys and feedback sessions with merchants and consumers to pinpoint pain points and areas for improvement.
Establish key metrics, such as customer satisfaction scores, response time, and order fulfillment rates to gauge the experience of merchants and consumers.
Analyze collected data to identify priority experience problems requiring immediate attention.
Devise action plans to address priority issues and consistently monitor the effectiveness of performance index monitoring and management.
Mentor junior program management specialists.
