The Product Solutions and Operations (PSO) team As a Product Marketing Manager collaborate closely with our biggest clients, in-market sales, headquarter product and European product marketing teams. They lead go-to-market for Shop Ads in Europe & Israel (EUI).
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the PSO team who has the ability to self-motivate, prioritise and influence partners and clients. As the successful candidate, you must have experience working in digital performance marketing, ideally in a product marketing role. This is a full-time position based in London.
As part of this role, you will:
- Own TikTok's Shop Ads GTM strategy and grow revenue & product adoption in EUI
- Become the in-market product expert by partnering closely with sales team and their biggest clients to deeply understand customer pain points, product needs and business requirements
- Ensure a market- and client-first approach by working closely with our biggest advertisers and help increase product adoptions, identify blockers and growth opportunities
- Act as the voice of the market in product, synthesise market insights and collaborate with product and global/regional teams to identify solutions
- Collaborate with XFN teams on product GTM and adoption strategies which would include narratives, solutions packages, best practices and product recommendations
- Develop sales education strategy and partner closely with subject matter experts in the sales org to ensure a high standard of product knowledge
