The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTokShop's success in SEA.
Responsibilities:
Creator Recruitment & Relationship Management
- Identify and onboard TikTok creators aligned with campaign strategy
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and influencer partners.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, select, execute, and manage creator marketing campaigns that drive sales, awareness, and engagement.
- Align with brand marketing teams to match creators with relevant promotions and product launches.
- Create briefs, guide creators on campaign briefs, content strategy, and creative direction.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track creator performance using metrics such as GMV, click-through rate (CTR), CCPV, and ROAS.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
- Generate reports and insights for internal teams and leadership.
Trend Analysis & Creative Innovation
- Monitor TikTok trends, creator content formats, and platform changes to inform strategy.
- Recommend innovative content ideas and pilot new formats (e.g., live selling, product unboxings, viral challenges).
- Collaborate with creators on storytelling that aligns with both brand and audience.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure that all creator content complies with TikTok's policies, advertising guidelines, and brand safety standards.
