We are on the lookout for a Marketing Lead
 

Your responsibility as a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented Marketing Lead, will be to lead key-strategic projects/marketing programs in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager, whilst enhancing engagement with the MCB brand.

  • In this role you will,        
  • •    Drive the preparation of Marketing Plans in support of set business objectives;
  • •    Work with Lines of Business to create and deploy programmes to support the customer lifecycle management stages in a multi-channel environment;
  • •    Identify and facilitate the deployment of innovative products/services to satisfy the customers’ business needs and support the relationship management process;
  • •    Conduct and organise forums to promote the MCB brand locally and internationally;
  • •    Build strategic relationships and collaborate with key industry players and marketing agencies for the implementation of marketing campaigns;
  • •    Design and implement validation processes to ensure quality and coherence of communication assets; 
  • •    Provide marketing support to guide our local and overseas subsidiaries in their marketing strategy;
  • •    Analyse consumer behavior through data analytics, propose and adjust marketing tactics accordingly;
  • •    Participate in the preparation of Strategic Plan and budget forecast to provide clear direction.

We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of
•    Master’s degree in marketing, Communication or related;
•    Minimum of 5 years working experience in Brand and Marketing management
•    Experience in banking or financial sector as an advantage.
OR
•    Diploma in marketing, communication or related;
•    Minimum 8-10 working experience in Brand and Marketing management;
•    Experience in banking or financial sector as an advantage.

A combination of both qualification & experience will be considered.
