Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to provide strategic HR business partnering support, lead and execute compensation and benefits programs, and manage payroll operations. This role requires stakeholder engagement, strong analytical capabilities, and operational excellence to ensure compliance, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships across departments to ensure HR programs are aligned with business needs and improve overall value/satisfaction.
- Support ad hoc assigned by HR Leader, including performance management cycles, goal management, employee engagement initiatives, and change management efforts.
- Utilize HR analytics and AI tools to drive continues optimization improvement, support decision-making and enhance HR operational efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end local payroll processing, including data collection, calculation, system inputs, and reporting. Ensure accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Administer benefits programs, including insurance, pension, leave systems, and wellness initiatives. Provide recommendations for enhancements to improve employee motivation and engagement.
- Conduct market benchmarking and participate in regular and ad hoc compensation surveys to ensure competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with HR COE, Finance, corporate/regional C&B teams to align local practices with global standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology or a related field.
- Min. 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with hands-on expertise in payroll processing, C&B, strong knowledge of local labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems with the ability to analyze HR data and apply AI tools for process optimization is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across departments and support HR Business Partners in strategic initiatives.
