Job summary – What to expect:
As the Time Administrator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely first-tier support for managers, HR and Payroll using the UKG WFM time and attendance system. This role will have ownership and accountability for managing the resolution of customer issues within established service levels. The Time Administrator acts as a conduit between the business and technical support teams supporting while ensuring accurate time tracking and compliance with company policies.
Other roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Resolve system issues directly or escalate integration failures to the technical support team by raising ServiceNow tickets when necessary.
- Support employees, managers, and HR on queries related to the system functionality, process and data and in accordance with agreed processes, SLAs.
- Coordinating system and data issues with local HR and management teams across different countries
- Review and resolve timecard exception escalations by managers in the UKG system.
- Approve timecards and time-off requests according to company policies.
- Manage employee schedules within the UKG system.
- Ensure proper scheduling alignment with business needs and company pay policies.
- Follow a centralised process to store and document actions taken in UKG WFM for audit for accrual resets and historical corrections.
- Run data views and reports from the UKG system as needed.
- Conduct monthly proactive audits to ensure timecards are accurate, and overtime and time off are approved prior to approval of timecards and payroll cut-off dates.
- Participate in UKG system testing activities and training events during testing, and implementation phases of the project as well as post go-live upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide guidance and training for new users and refresher training as needed.

About you:
- Experience with UKG time and attendance systems or similar workforce management platforms
- MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Team, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong understanding of time tracking systems and payroll processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication abilities to work with managers, HR and payroll teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work with confidential employee information with discretion.
