Agro Equipment Sales & Parts Coordinator

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Maintaining inventory purchases, receipts, invoicing and point of sale systems, including driving sales of agricultural equipment including grain bins, augers, conveyors, and related systems.
• Provide expert guidance to customers on equipment options, features, and suitability for their operations
• Prepare and present equipment quotes, close sales, and follow through with customer support
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Order, track, and organize parts inventory for equipment.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of supplies
• Maintain organized records of sales, quotes and inventory
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and technical specifications
• Other duties as assigned

What You Will Need:

• Proven experience in equipment sales, preferably agricultural
• Familiarity with grain handling systems, small engines, and mechanical components
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with inventory and ordering systems
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and customer needs
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
