Senior Software Development Engineer

The MSN Money team is dedicated to providing users with up-to-date financial data, news, AI insights, and tools to help them make informed financial decisions. Our platform covers a wide range of topics including market trends, personal finance, investment ideas, and economic analyses. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team and contribute to the continuous growth and excellence of MSN Money.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web and mobile applications, data ingestion and serving for the MSN Money platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.

4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, React, JavaScript, or equivalent experience.

Experience working in a fast-paced digital media environment.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Master's degree or above in computer science or a related technical field.

6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, React, JavaScript, or equivalent experience.

Knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and economic principles.

Experience of data analysis and growth hacking
