Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
  • 1 year of client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing across levels.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
  • Ability to analyze datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

The Data, Measurement, and Analytics team accelerates growth through data, techinal and measurement - driving customer value, influencing product direction, and redefining industry standards. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short- and long-term account growth.
  • Leverage measurement methods and analysis to produce business-focused insights and help customers understand the value of media. Test via experimentation and learning agendas, share learnings across sectors, and implement best practices with cross-functional partners.
  • Define a cross-media measurement standard that supports an accurate and fair measurement of performance for a customer's business.
  • Analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Consult on client's/partner’s strategy in the areas of sales, marketing or product development, and translate data into answers to business questions or insights to facilitate business decision-making.
