Our Warranty Admin prepares, records and reconciles warranty claims and submits them to the factory and distributors for defective parts. The position handles our guests in an efficient and polite manner to assist in establishing guest satisfaction. The admin clerk will cooperate with our team members throughout the dealerships to manage conflict and resolve differences in the interest of efficient workflow.

Warranty Admin Responsibilities:

• Process warranty claims
• Verifies criteria required by factory or distributor
• Reconciles credit memos
• Files warranty documentation and maintain records
• Responds to routine requests from other team members
• Able to solve problems
• Reviews and bills shuttle and rental charges
• Able to work in a team environment
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

Requirements

• Knowledge of the automotive industry
• Computer experience required
• Accounting experience preferred
• Minimum of two years office experience
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
