I am looking for a Senior Operations Manager/Integrator who thrives in messy environments, loves putting processes in place, and knows how to build teams that run themselves.
You’ll be the one turning vision into execution, working on our main offer - www.teamair.life/ai-accelerator, quietly but effectively making sure everything works behind the scenes.
Your Main Responsibilities:
🧠 Oversee and manage all teams across both businesses
🧩 Hire, structure, and optimize roles under you for peak performance
📂 Review, consolidate, and rebuild SOPs and systems for efficiency
🎯 Own all outcomes - make things happen without needing constant input
📊 Build systems for execution and reporting so we can make smart decisions
🧑💻 Interface between Edward’s ideas and the teams who execute them
🔎 Source, vet, and present top-level hires (like media buyers), while building the processes so you don’t do the grunt work
This is a full-time role, ideally aligned with Central European working hours. However, flexibility is key, as you’ll need to be available to Edward and Phil via Telegram when needed. The founders are hands-on and work seven days a week, so we’re specifically looking for someone comfortable with a high-availability, fast-paced environment that includes weekend work.
Requirements
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
✅ Proven history of building and leading ops systems that scale
✅ A commercial mindset — you understand how operations impact the bottom line. You’ve tracked money in/money out, improved margins, and made smart ops decisions that help a business scale profitably.
✅Familiarity with our tech stack: Meta Ads, Hyros, ClickFunnels, Skool, GoHighLevel (hate it but we use it), Calendly, Airtable.
Bonus Points For:
⭐ Experience restructuring chaotic ops systems into scalable ones
⭐ Hands-on experience with funnels, cold traffic, affiliate offers, or info/education models
⭐ Knows how to analyze data
⭐ Experience building dashboards or experience hiring people to build KPIs across businesses, with “High organizational structure”
The ideal candidate is someone who quietly thinks they’re smarter than the founders (and probably is), has no need to be in the spotlight, and lives for structure, process, and optimization.
You don’t want to be stuck in the day-to-day - you want to build the machine that runs the day-to-day.
