What is ‘Specialist Performance Marketing’?
This position is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns to drive performance and ROI. It involves creating detailed reports, building real-time dashboards, and conducting A/B testing to improve targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align insights with business goals while ensuring accurate data tracking, budget adherence, and competitive benchmarking.
What does ‘Specialist Performance Marketing’ do?
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Create detailed reports on campaign performance metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and user engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns based on data, identifying areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain real-time reporting dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to track key performance indicators.
- Ensure accurate data collection and integration from various platforms, including Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer, and other relevant tools.
- Conduct regular A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding models.
- Analyze user acquisition funnels, optimize conversion rates, and identify the most cost-effective channels for acquiring high-quality users.
- Track and report on daily and monthly campaign spending to ensure adherence to budget limits.
- Work with the media finance team to reconcile spend and ROI, providing detailed reports on campaign efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the product, brand, and analytics teams to align reporting efforts with business goals.
- Present data-driven insights and campaign performance updates to stakeholders, making complex data understandable for non-technical team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and app growth, using historical data to forecast future performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance against industry standards

Requirements
· Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business – foundational marketing and business strategy knowledge
· Specialized degrees: Google Ads & Meta Ads Certifications, GA4 proficiency, attribution model understanding.
· 1-3 years of paid campaign management experience with proven results.
Useful: CRM, marketing automation exposure, telco or subscription business familiarity.
