Site Reliability Engineer I

At Sabre, we’re passionate about building software that solves problems. In this role you will plan, design, develop and test software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Ensure operational stability and production readiness of critical Offers applications.
• Implement automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead incident management and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to maintain platform health.
• Collaborate with architecture, development, and product teams on technical issues.
• Coordinate infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and change management activities.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation and disaster recovery plans.
• Support integration and deployment of new features on Google Cloud Platform.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and incident responses.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• 4 Year degree in Bachelor of computer science/equivalent certifications
• 2 - 4 years of related work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
