Milestone Technologies is seeking an experienced and highly successful Senior Client Partner to lead and expand our Media & Entertainment practice in Los Angeles and Southern California. This role demands a proven track record as a client-focused sales hunter and strategic advisor with extensive experience working with industry leaders such as Netflix, Disney, Fox, Warner, NBC Universal, and others. You will be instrumental in driving large-scale managed IT services growth and elevating Milestone’s presence as a trusted partner in this vertical.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to senior IT, business, and executive leadership at major Media & Entertainment clients, moving conversations beyond tactical discussions to outcomes-driven consulting.
- Develop and execute bold account strategies aligned with client business, financial, and technical/IT support needs to penetrate greenfield and existing accounts.
- Be accountable for building your own pipeline, driving complex sales pursuits, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales expectations and revenue targets.
- Broker insightful conversations that surface critical client insights such as budget considerations, buying processes, competitor dynamics, motivating factors, and decision criteria.
- Collaborate with internal Milestone teams across Service Delivery, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Executive Management to ensure outstanding service quality and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term sponsorship, negotiating contracts and defining comprehensive account plans that span multiple service lines, geographies, and delivery methodologies.
- Represent Milestone with exceptional communication and presentation skills at all levels, including C-suite executives, demonstrating industry expertise and executive presence.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of successful sales and client management experience in a global enterprise technology or managed services company, with at least 5 years focused in the Media & Entertainment vertical.
- Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-scale sales cycles and winning large, high-profile deals with clients such as Netflix, Disney, Fox, Warner, NBC Universal, or comparable companies.
- Deep understanding of managed IT services, including Service Desk, Asset Lifecycle Management, Cloud and Infrastructure Services, AI & Automation, Application Services, and ServiceNow.
- Ability to develop strong relationships, identify key influencers, and acquire critical client budget and decision-making information.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for experimentation, agility, and continuous growth in a competitive, evolving environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams and lead internally in a hybrid/remote work environment.
- Exceptional strategic planning, organizational skills, and comfort working with data and advanced sales methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree required;
