We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor. This is an entry-level leadership position that requires a hands-on approach to enable others to succeed. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public spaces are clean and well-maintained.

Housekeeping Supervisor Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms and public spaces are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to ensure that they meet the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained on a regular basis
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, management, and guests to ensure that all needs are met
• Foster a positive and productive work environment by providing guidance, support, and feedback to staff
• Ensure that all housekeeping equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed

Requirements

Housekeeping Supervisor Job Requirements Include:

• Prior hotel housekeeping experience preferred
• Supervisory experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills on all levels
• Ability to teach and nurture staff to achieve their full potential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
