Job Summary

Production engineer will close work with production process cell members and shopfloor employees, build strong problem solving skills and people management skills,  continue drive the improvement to achieve the KPI target.

What You Will Do

• Deep study and understand the factory operational department and working mode
• Working with shopfloor, support management team to achieve factory KPI target
• Working together with cell members to delivery training and management to shopfloor people
• Continue improving production equipment and process performance based on WCM methodology
• Quickly response to production issue, include products quality, machine efficiency ect, leading the issue analysis and implement corrective actions
• Participating factory WCM daily activities and related projects management.

We Believe You Have

• Fresh graduates of bachelor's or master's degree, or new employees who have worked for less than one year
• Good English skills, and proficient in computer office software
• Innovative thinking and fast learning skills
• Curious and passionate about work, willing to take new initiative
• Willing to study and solve problems, able to self-motivate and pursue goals
• Keep positive attitude when facing problem
