Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Lifestyle Partnership Manager to join our SSA (Spanish Speaking Americas) team, based in Bogotá. This is a unique, hands-on role covering all aspects of Lifestyle partnerships: Dining, Entertainment, Retail, and Experiences. As the only Lifestyle Partnership Manager in Bogotá, you will operate as a generalist, responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing high-quality partnerships, as well as supporting the planning and execution of initiatives across SSA.
The role requires versatility: curating and contracting premium restaurants, developing retail and entertainment propositions, and delivering engaging lifestyle activations. You will contribute to building a strong and diverse portfolio of benefits that drive engagement and satisfaction among members while meeting client expectations. You will also act as the key point of contact for SSA in Bogotá, collaborating with colleagues in Mexico, Brazil, and globally to align delivery and strategy.
You will always be thinking ahead, being innovative and creative with identifying new ideas and suppliers, ensuring that you are playing an active part in developing our Global Proposition Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and contract partnerships across Dining, Entertainment, Retail, and Experiences.
- Secure pipelines of premium restaurants and lifestyle partners, ensuring exclusive and high-value offers.
- Design and deliver member events and experiences as part of the broader lifestyle proposition.
- Manage supplier and partner relationships end-to-end, from onboarding to performance tracking.
- Ensure all partnerships (offers, restaurants, events, retail activations) meet closed-user-group standards and deliver measurable value.
- Monitor partner performance, redemption data, and member demand to recommend improvements and identify revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Propositions, Marketing, Client Services) to ensure smooth implementation and promotion of offers.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for stakeholders, ensuring consistency with corporate guidelines.
- Maintain accurate internal records (CRM, spreadsheets, contracts), managing administrative tasks to ensure compliance.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to keep our portfolio best in market.
Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or account management.
- Strong track record negotiating and managing offers and events in at least one lifestyle category (Dining, Retail, Entertainment, Experiences).
- Hands-on event and activation delivery experience.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently as the sole Bogotá representative while collaborating remotely.
- Ability to travel across the SSA region when needed.
- Entrepreneurial and commercially driven, with a proactive approach to growth.
- Strong communicator who keeps teams and stakeholders aligned.
- Resilient under pressure, with high attention to detail.
- Collaborative and positive team player.
- Detail-oriented with high standards of quality and delivery.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with premium or luxury brands.
- Previous experience in international or regional roles.
- Basic knowledge of Portuguese is a plus (not mandatory).
Standard business hours (Bogotá time), with flexibility for early/late calls and appointments to accommodate international coordination and workload.

- Located in Bogotá
