What's the role?

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a passionate and driven Client Executive to join our vibrant team in Sydney on a fixed-term 12-month contract. Reporting directly to the Group Client Partner, this role places you at the centre of our client engagement and sales strategy efforts. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting our Client Partners in driving sales initiatives, shaping account strategies, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Client Partner to develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to their portfolio.

  • Act as a point of contact for clients when required, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Monitor sales performance and progress against targets, taking proactive measures to address any deviations or challenges.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including client contact information, opportunities, sales activities, and communication history.

  • Contribute to a high-performance environment, acting with clarity on strategy, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Assist the Client Partner in identifying and developing tailored solutions to address client needs and challenges.

  • Support the delivery of consistently high-quality outputs across client brief responses, including presentations (Google Slides) and client schedules (Google Sheets).

  • Foster positive relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Who are you?

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and perform under pressure.

  • A solid understanding of sales principles and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

  • Impeccable time management and organisational skills.

  • Adaptability to a changing environment, including new selling solutions, products, and ways of working.

  • Previous media experience is desirable.

  • Experience with Salesforce is desirable but not mandatory.
