- Reports to: Sales Manager OEM, IND – South Europe
Your Mission
As our Sales Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and growing sales with key industry customers across Italy. You’ll build strong pipelines, introduce cutting-edge solutions, and ensure Grundfos remains a trusted partner in industrial applications.
What You’Ll Do
- Independently manage and grow sales within your territory.
- Build deep market knowledge to drive commercial success.
- Promote Grundfos solutions, highlighting their value to various customer stakeholders.
- Identify decision-makers and tailor your approach to win business.
- Maintain a high-quality opportunity pipeline with strong conversion rates.
- Launch new products and solutions to customers.
- Monitor and report on pipeline, order intake, profitability, and collections.
- Share insights with your team and invest in your own development.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large international company.
- Prior experience in sales, ideally within the industrial segment.
- Fluent in English and native Italian.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Italy.
