Summary:
A Warranty Coordinator manages warranty claims, ensures compliance with manufacturer or company policies, and provides exceptional customer service while resolving product or service issues within the warranty period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process warranty claims accurately and promptly.
- Verify coverage eligibility based on policy terms, product registration, and service records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify patterns in claims to inform product improvement or quality assurance efforts.
- Collaborate with service, sales, and technical teams to resolve disputes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some employers prefer an associate/bachelor’s degree).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to interpret policy documents and technical product information.
- Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., automotive, electronics, medical equipment) preferred.
