Facility Manager (m/w/d)

You will provide technical support for the versatile Flexoptix campus with 8 buildings and various technical systems (including ventilation, water treatment, heating systems, heat pump, sewage treatment plant, photovoltaic system and drinking water wells) of the technical systems on the Flexoptix campus

Carrying out safety inspections and identifying technical defects

Coordinating and managing external service providers for construction and repair work

Property inspections for troubleshooting and repairs

Carrying out minor repair work and acting as a point of contact for tenants in the case of technical problems

Completed training in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology (SHK) or heating, ventilation and sanitary technology (HLS) or comparable technical training (trainee/master/technician)

Professional experience in property management, facility management, building management or real estate

As an all-round craftsman, you will find the right solution for all requirements together with craftsmen, service providers and colleagues

Experience in dealing with building technology, especially in the field of SHK/HLS

Willingness to take responsibility for smaller projects and work independently

Good PC skills (MS Office) and a good command of written and spoken German and English
