Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Market risk and Process Analyst to join our team in Sofia. She/He will be responsible for:

• Producing, analyzing, reporting and improving positions, risk metrics and PnL analysis.
• A leading role in designing, implementing and automating the risk reports and processes, with emphasis on process and tool improvement.
• The re-architecting of the processes for Risks, emphasizing automation and analytics.

The scope of work will include:

• From a market point of view:
  • Collaborate closely with the business  and middle office teams to understand position and prices movements.
  • Support risk manager in building key market risk indicators.
  • Is interested and willing to learn / understand market movements and its drivers while staying update about relevant markets and news.
• From a process improvement standpoint:
  • Work closely with the risk process to improve practices.
  • Envisions and creates analytics to support risk analysis and reporting, including data visualization and dashboards.
  • Design and implement improvements to the functionality of the Risk systems, providing analysis tools and reporting.
  • Assist with the automation of data integration and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience required :

• • University degree in Business administration/Accounting/Finance
  • 3+ year of work experience.
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced in Excel and Macros. 
  • PowerBi / Analyzed in Excel.
  • Good experience with financial analyses
  • Proven track record on project implementation.
  • Ability to support system improvement projects from the analysis to the execution.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Motivation to upskill and learn in the Market risk field
