职位描述

1. Support packaging lab die/package mechanical test and characterization including but not limited to warpage measurement, chip/package strength, 3-point bending, DMA/TMA, nanoindentation.
2. 2.  Tooling design support, including design drawing creation, design follow up and documentation.  
3. Lab tooling and instrument calibration and maintenance
4. Support data sorting/autmoation generation for digital transformation projects（machine learing, Al）

职位要求

Qualifications

1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical/material Engineering or similar  

本科学历，机械/材料或相关工科背景

1. Expericen in python or other coding skill is perfered 
2. Experience in mechanical testing/characerzation is preferred 
3. Positive work attitude, good motivation, and desire to learn
