We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team in Columbus, OH. This position supports our production operations by ensuring all project components are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining quality and precision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and execution of production schedules and timelines
• Support the production team with logistics, equipment, and material management
• Prepare, organize, and maintain production-related documents and files
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Monitor workflow and assist in resolving any production-related issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Ensure compliance with all company and industry production standards
• Perform administrative tasks and provide on-site support as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Media Production, Operations, or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a production, operations, or logistics environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with production tools, software, and equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
