We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Columbus. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision, professionalism, and care. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering top-tier client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
  • Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns with urgency and professionalism.
  • Prepare client reports, documentation, and service updates.
  • Support project timelines, deliverables, and milestones in coordination with the account management team.
  • Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems.
  • Participate in internal meetings to share feedback and insights gathered from client interactions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client services, account coordination, or administrative support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
