We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Analyst, Deal Desk to join our Global Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across deal structuring, approvals, and contract management. You’ll play a key role in supporting Sales and Channel teams, driving data integrity in Salesforce, and enabling forecast accuracy. This is a high-visibility position that requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a keen eye for process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Support & Quoting
  • Structure and review deals to ensure alignment with company policies and business objectives.
  • Advise on quote creation and confirm accuracy in CPQ for Sales Reps and Channel Distributors.
  • Support cross-functional coordination around deal terms and quoting.
  • Approval & Exception Management
  • Oversee quote approval workflows and escalate exceptions as required.
  • Track and report on exceptions to ensure compliance and visibility.
  • Data & Forecast Integrity
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene to support accurate reporting and decision-making.
  • Monitor and improve forecast accuracy through data validation and follow-up.
  • Contract & Licensing Management
  • Manage license key extensions and service contract modifications.
  • Create new service contracts as required.
  • Support post-booking audit activities including:
  • Service contract and license accuracy
  • ARR accuracy by SKU
  • Future renewal creation and validation
  • Audit & Compliance
  • Conduct ongoing audit cleanup activities to maintain data integrity.
  • Ensure ARR and renewal data is accurate and ready for reporting.
  • Process Improvement & Enablement
  • Participate in Quote-to-Cash optimization projects, including system enhancements and user acceptance testing.
  • Deliver training and onboarding for new sales reps on CPQ and service contract processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, quoting, and contract management.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ, and Microsoft Excel (or equivalent tools).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
  • Experience with global teams and channel sales models a plus.
