Archer is currently seeking a Head of Strategic Accounts, North America.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Directly manages the most senior level sales team members.
- Develops strategic objectives for the direct sales organization.
- Develops strategic account management and pipeline across the organization.
- Designs programs to improve team’s business acumen and customer knowledge.
- Develops and trains the most senior sales team members.
- May manage complex or strategically important accounts and/or account teams.
- Most senior level Global Sales Manager.
- Develops strategy based on executive leadership.
Skills:
- Able to understand executive direction and translate into strategic objectives.
- Assists with development of training and development plans for directors and senior management.
- Comfortable managing a global team of the most senior sales team members.
- Expert understanding of customer/industry climate.
- High level of solutions and technical knowledge.
Education And Experience:
- Typically, 18+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Typically requires 10+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skill (or equivalent experience).
