Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a permanent full-time Bell 206 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in Oshawa, ON.
Reporting to the Regional Chief Engineer, duties include:
- Planning and performing aircraft maintenance.
- Assuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Organizing and maintaining the hangar and support equipment.
- Performing related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid Transport Canada License (M1 and/or M2).
- Must have completed a Bell 206 Transport Canada Approved Type Course and be eligible to obtain Bell 206 series Aircraft Certification Authority (ACA).
- Experience and/or ACA on the AS350 series is considered an asset.
- A strong avionics troubleshooting background is considered an asset.
- Ability to obtain Access to Controlled Goods Approval.
- Must have the legal right to work in Canada. (This position is not available for sponsorship).
- Must be organized and a self-starter.
- Must be customer focused and be a team player.
- Must have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Communication skills in English; French is an asset.

Work Conditions:
Status: Permanent, full-time.
Location: Oshawa Municipal Airport
The positions involve on-call and call-outs during days, evenings and weekend.
