Acorn Vets, a well-established small animal practice in Hove, is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team.
What you'll be doing:
Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional mannerManaging reception duties such as phone calls, appointment bookings, and general inquiriesProcessing pet health club membershipsKeeping client records accurate and up-to-dateSupporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks Remaining calm and compassionate in high-pressure or emotional situations
Working hours
This is a part-time permanent role working 16 hours per week. The shifts will be from 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:30am-6:30pm and 1:4 Saturdays 8:00am-12:30pm.
