Project Manager Training & Elearning (Fix Term)

We are offering you a great 6-month fixed-term contract position to start.

The role of the Pedagogy and ELearning department is to create product and service training methods that meet the needs of our clients.

You will support pedagogical projects and participate in the creation of their digital content (e-learning modules, tutorials, etc.). Your role is to challenge and test new methodologies and tools (Klaxoon, QR codes, word clouds, etc.) with the team of trainers. You will be encouraged to convince technical trainers to use these tools to innovate and make pedagogy more impactful.

 

I. Ensure the suitability of product and service training methods in correlation with the needs of our internal and external clients

 

● Define a statement of work and a schedule following an expression of need, taking into account the learning populations.

● Propose pedagogical objectives and a training pathway, taking into account learning modalities, client needs, and pedagogical tools (Bloom's Taxonomy).

● Evaluate pedagogical effectiveness with the teams involved in the creation of the training.

 

II. Manage the development of the technical training offer in project mode

 

● Maintain project tracking in compliance with departmental processes, particularly by verifying that training needs are not already existing in the library.

● Apply the "Statement of Work" to the existing model for each project (and evolve it if necessary).

● Ensure the translation of requested materials into the necessary languages (minimum English/French).

● Have content validated by technical trainers (+ R&D and other associated departments).

● Contact and involve external service providers if necessary.

● Ensure that training content is produced at the right time, during the development life cycle of our machines (have the training before the product is sold).

● Design digital content with tools: Rise, Storyline, Powerpoint, Video, and any other tool used by the department.

● Monitor new E-learning technologies: research service providers, test solutions & tools.

 

PROFILE

Education level and experience: Bachelor minimum, you have experience in creating training content, with a clear pedagogical objective (course creation, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.).

You are comfortable with basic IT tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Powerpoint), and ideally have worked with an LMS or LXP. We use Rise/Storyline, so knowledge of these tools is a plus.

Optional but useful: knowledge of video editing with Adobe Premiere Suite.

Fluent English, both written and spoken.
